With our growing focus on engineering excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient professional to head our design division. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of structural crane components, with an emphasis on EOT crane systems. Execute and oversee structural engineering calculations including load analysis, stress distribution, and deflection. Manage the complete design lifecycle — from conceptual sketches to detailed fabrication drawings. Review and approve engineering drawings, ensuring alignment with industry standards and project requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, procurement, and project execution teams for design integration. Implement design optimization techniques to enhance performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of design engineers; establish best practices in structural and crane design. Stay updated with IS/IEC standards and apply them in design procedures. Desired Candidate Profile: Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory) Experience: Minimum 10 years in structural and crane design, with hands-on experience in EOT cranes Domain Expertise: Structural Engineering with a focus on crane and material handling equipment Crane Designing — including girder, trolley, hoist, and supporting structure Sound knowledge of fabrication processes, steel structures, and load-bearing analysis Design Tools: Proficient in AutoCAD (2D) and any 3D design software (Creo/Solid Edge preferred) Standards & Codes: Familiarity with IS/IEC crane design standards Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment Location: Dhaulana, Uttar Pradesh (Candidates from surrounding areas or open to relocation preferred) Why Join Us?
