Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities – Design Faculty

Teach design subjects through lectures, studios, and practical workshops.
Guide students in projects, portfolios, and creative problem-solving.
Develop and update curriculum with new design and industry practices.
Evaluate student work through assignments, juries, and exams.
Provide feedback and mentoring for academic and career growth.
Supervise final-year projects, research, and dissertations.
Engage in research, publications, and professional development.
Support institute events, exhibitions, workshops, and admission drives.
Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and academic planning.
Promote discipline, ethics, and student participation in competitions and internships.
Guide in preparing portfolios, attending jury and interviews.
