Design Engineer (Mechanical)

The Design Engineer position at our company is ideal for an experienced individual with 3-6 years of expertise in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. As a Design Engineer, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to mechanical design, product development, and CAD modeling projects. Your responsibilities will include creating and modifying 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks, developing detailed engineering drawings and technical documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability. You will also be involved in design analysis, validation, and prototyping for various engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Additionally, working closely with production and quality teams to address design-related issues and optimizing designs for cost-effectiveness and efficiency will be part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position will hold a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with 3 to 6 years of experience in mechanical design and drafting. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in automotive, aerospace, or heavy machinery industries, as well as hands-on experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) tools.
