Job Description

Key Responsibilities: · Processing of Micro LAP & Agri. secured Loan leads sourced by MF RMs by accessing customers Income & Property Valuation through personal discussion(PD) & field Visit(FI). Lead conversion for existing micro finance members who require MICRO LAP or ASL. · Ensure consistent delivery of ESFB products and services and prompt follow up of repayment in an efficient manner. · Ensuring end to end completion of Loan document right from application form filling till disbursement of the loan. · Required to solve all the queries raised by Credit, Legal & Technical teams and additional document collections wherever mandated. · Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed till loan aging up to 12 months.
