Design Engineer | Hose & Pipe

The Design Engineer position at APPL Global InfoTech requires 1-4 years of experience in hose and pipe (Compressor) HVAC field. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of hoses and pipes in compressors and HVAC systems. Your role involves working closely with technicians and engineers to ensure the efficient and safe operation of these systems. Key Responsibilities: - Installation: Installing new hoses and pipes according to specifications and industry standards. - Maintenance: Inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining hoses and pipes to prevent leaks and ensure optimal performance. - Repair: Diagnosing and repairing damaged or worn hoses and pipes, including replacing fittings and couplings. - Testing: Conducting pressure tests and leak checks on hoses and pipes to verify their integrity. - Troubleshooting: Identifying and addressing problems related to hoses and pipes, such as leaks, blockages, and pressure loss. - Safety: Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). - Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including inspection reports and repair logs.
