Job Description

Engineering drawings & final release. Accountability: Timely Deliverance of All Jobs Design/ GA and PID and Lay Out/ Detailed Drawings including Mechanical- Automation for Powder handling systems and Isolators. Mechanical Calculations and Mechanics to be taken care of. Releasing of Accurate Drawings and BOM by Checking and Correcting Drawings. Standardization in drawings & bill of materials. Regular review of design based on feedback of Production, Site Engineer & Client & implementation standard drawings. New Designs and Innovations to be brought in Design. Weekly Calendars and Time sheet to be maintained and reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 3-6 years in similar role within manufacturing sector. Responsibility: Understand the job during kickoff with team Correct and on time execution of GA and Detailed drawings to be prepared. Technical specifications. DQ to be made. Introducing new alternatives & New Concepts. Ensure drawings are as per standards laid down Ensure drawing transmittal as per laid down SOP Maintaining revision number of drawings to tally with production Checking G A drawing to do detailing drawings On time delivery of correct drawings as per drawing log to Planning and Production, and Sorting technical issues during job execution Ensure the security of data Execute DQ. (Check Align) Ensure proper drawing log is prepared Ensure accuracy of detail drawing
