Design Draftsman

The job involves creating detailed drawings by preparing 2D and 3D technical drawings and layouts based on project specifications using AutoCAD and Creo software. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to interpret design concepts and create accurate drafts. It is essential to review and verify dimensions, calculations, and design details to ensure they meet industry standards and project requirements. You will also be responsible for modifying and updating drawings based on feedback or changes in project scope. Compliance with building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations is a crucial aspect of this role. Occasionally, you will be required to visit project sites to gather measurements and ensure design feasibility. Additionally, maintaining organized records of all drawings and revisions, ensuring proper filing and tracking is necessary.
