Job Description

As a member of MACS INDIA (Marketing & Creative Services) within the Group-wide Marketing & Communications shared services organization at Capgemini Group, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality visual designs. Your expertise in design principles, typography, and layout will be utilized to develop creative concepts and execute designs for digital and print mediums. Collaboration with stakeholders from various departments will be essential to ensure that visual designs align with overall business goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing creative concepts, executing high-quality visual designs for different mediums, understanding design needs of stakeholders, managing multiple design projects simultaneously, staying updated with industry trends, and adhering to design standards and guidelines. You will be expected to maintain a high level of deliverables, introduce new design formats, maintain speed of execution, and foster collaboration with fellow designers and members from other streams. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of design and branding experience, with a background in working with advertising agencies or branding companies. Good communication skills, ability to work independently, strong understanding of design and art direction, and a degree or diploma from a leading art or design institute are essential. Cross-cultural background, ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software are preferred skills for this role.,
