As a Design Advisor at Propsoch, your role is crucial in empowering homebuyers in India's top cities to make informed decisions and avoid buyer's remorse. Your primary responsibility will be to review residential projects, provide expert insights, and serve as a trusted design advisor to clients, utilizing your B.Arch qualification. Your core duties in this role will include engaging with clients to understand their requirements, reviewing residential projects in detail, offering insights and recommendations for design enhancements, and collaborating with team members to contribute to service improvement. Additionally, you will be responsible for procuring data on residential projects, analyzing and updating the database with accurate information. To excel in this position, you should hold a B.Arch degree from a recognized institution, preferably have 0-2 years of experience in residential project design and analysis, possess technical skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and database management, demonstrate strong analytical ability, excellent interpersonal skills for client and team engagement, and attention to detail in data collection and analysis. Success in this role will be measured by the accuracy and completeness of project database analysis, positive feedback from clients regarding the quality of advice provided, recognition from the team for valuable insights, and consistent adherence to brand standards and best practices.
