Propsoch is seeking a Visual & Motion Designer based in Bangalore with 12 years of experience to bring creative ideas to life that capture attention and build trust. Whether it's crafting Instagram reels, product animations, or mood boards, your work will shape how the audience perceives and remembers Propsoch. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and animating social media content, email GIFs, micro-videos, and reels. - Shooting & editing talking head videos, explainer animations, and interactive visuals. - Producing static designs such as icons, illustrations, banners, and mood boards. - Maintaining and evolving Propsoch's brand language across all touchpoints. - Keeping abreast of video and design trends to guide the brand's creative direction. Qualifications: - 12 years of experience in videography and graphic design, preferably within a B2C brand. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with creative ownership and quality. - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Recraft (or similar). - Strong eye for design principles including composition, layout, typography, colors, and storytelling. Success Metrics: - Growth in the number of followers and engagement rates with Propsoch's content. - Distinctive and emotionally resonant visual content. - Stakeholders actively seeking your input for visual design and video requirements.
