Company Description Deshpande Skilling aims to prepare India for its goal of achieving a $5 trillion economy by 2025-26 by equipping the country's largest workforce by 2027. Focusing on youth from tier II/III towns and villages, our skilling initiative targets elementary and middle school students as well as graduates from these areas. We design skill development programs to help students and unemployed youth acquire job-oriented skills and enter the formal employment sector. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainers for Reasoning & Aptitude position, located in Hubballi Urban. The trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting training sessions on reasoning and aptitude for students and unemployed youth. Daily tasks include developing training materials, delivering interactive sessions, assessing trainee progress, and providing feedback to improve their skills. The role involves working closely with coordinators to ensure the training programs meet the specific needs of the participants. Qualifications Experience in designing and delivering training on reasoning and aptitude Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback Skills in developing training materials and leveraging technology in education Excellent organizational and planning abilities Previous experience in a similar role is desirable Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
