We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support our Human Resources and Administrative operations. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to grow their career in HR and office administration. Responsibilities Human Resource Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews). Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires. Help coordinate training and development activities. Assist in payroll inputs and attendance tracking. Manage employee engagement initiatives and internal communications. Handle basic HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, etc. Administration Manage office supplies and inventory. Coordinate travel, meetings, and office events. Ensure the upkeep and smooth functioning of the office premises. Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed. Maintain administrative records and reports. Support general office operations and handle ad-hoc tasks. Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 0-2 years of relevant work experience in HR/Admin (internships included). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Organized, adaptable, and eager to learn. Preferred Skills Familiarity with HR software or ERP systems. Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Basic working knowledge of Canva.
