Job summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR personnel to join us in India. This role focuses on end-to-end talent acquisition, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in conducting interviews, managing recruitment processes, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting operational HR functions with a high level of integrity and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies. Conduct first-level HR interviews and coordinate panel discussions and offer negotiations. Maintain and update recruitment metrics and ensure timely hiring for open positions. HR Operations: Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements. Maintain HRIS and personnel records with accuracy and confidentiality. Support payroll inputs and benefits administration. Handle employee queries related to policies, leaves, compensation, and HR systems. Ensure adherence to local labor laws and statutory regulations. Employee Engagement & Communication: Support employee communication initiatives and engagement activities. Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and maintain a positive workplace culture. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment, compliance, and HR operations. Solid knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance requirements. Excellent interviewing skills and hands-on experience with job portals, and sourcing tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
