Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madhubani for a MEP Technician. The MEP Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Day-to-day tasks include equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently and safely. The role requires a hands-on approach to managing and resolving technical problems within the facility. Qualifications Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Experience in Maintenance & Repair and general maintenance activities Excellent technical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Experience in facilities management or a similar role is a plus Relevant certifications or a diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing fields is preferred
