Role & responsibilities Product Promotion: Effectively promote and detail dermatological products, pedia products & Gynee products to skincare professionals, and other healthcare practitioners. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, dermatologists, and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the derma, Gynee and Pedia sector, providing insights to the sales and marketing teams. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets for dermatological products within the assigned geographical area. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest developments in dermatology and possess in-depth knowledge of the cosmeceutical products, ingredients, and their applications. Customer Education: Provide training and education to healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and proper usage of dermatological products. Event Participation: Represent the company at dermatology conferences, seminars, and workshops, showcasing products and networking with professionals in the field. Market Feedback: Gather market feedback and competitor information, reporting insights to the marketing and product development teams. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory analysis. Compliance: Ensure adherence to ethical standards, compliance with industry regulations, and company policies in all promotional activities. Preferred candidate profile Communication Skills Presentation Skills Scientific Background Influencing Achievement Orientation Selling skill Candidate Qualification and Experience B.Sc Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) Diploma in Pharmacy Age not more than 29 years.
