Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for all medical escalations arising from all the clinics in Kolkata.
• Review and provide decisions on refund cases related to client outcomes in your region.
• Support onboarding and training of new doctors in Kolkata clinics or at other designated locations, with a special focus on adaptation to proprietary technologies and clinical protocols. • Maintain real-time accessibility to all doctors in Kolkata through phone and WhatsApp for timely assistance and support. Work Schedule
• Conduct a minimum of 2 visits per clinic per month across the all the clinics in Kolkata.
• These visits include travel for training purposes, if required.
• Incentives: Eligible for regular monthly performance-based incentives as per the company policy. • Travel Reimbursement: Uber/Ola fares for travel between your home and clinic locations will be reimbursed monthly.
