Key Responsibilities: You are the first and last impression! Your role ensures seamless operations and contributes directly to business growth. Exceptional Patient Care: Provide a warm, professional welcome and manage the end-to-end patient journey, ensuring discretion and comfort. Operational Excellence: Efficiently manage the daily appointment schedule (booking, confirmation, patient flow), handle clinic communications (calls, emails), and maintain a pristine reception area. Sales & Revenue Generation: Manage all billing and payments. Actively learn about services and promotions to convert inquiries into appointments and strategically promote retail products. What We Need: Experience: 1-3 years in a Front Desk, Reception, or similar role, preferably within the Premium Hospitality or Healthcare/Aesthetics sector. Communication: Excellent command of English and Kannada (verbal and written) is mandatory. Skills: Highly organized, professional presentation, proficiency with scheduling software, and a strong customer-service and sales-driven mindset.
