As a Female candidate with experience in Healthcare and Derma clinic, you will be responsible for various tasks in a clinic setting. Your main duties will include: - Receiving phone calls and inquiries, and answering them according to Standard Operating Procedures. - Scheduling appointments for clients based on availability. - Interacting with clients and answering their calls. - Preparing bills, managing cash, including petty cash, and preparing cash vouchers. - Generating daily reports such as Closing Report and Stock Report. - Ensuring the smooth functioning of daily cash operations. - Utilizing your good typing speed for efficient task completion. - Updating all necessary information on CRM software. - Utilizing your computer knowledge for various tasks. - Calling clients to inform them about special schemes. - Contacting leads received through different platforms and entering them into the CRM software. Qualifications Required: - Prior work experience with premium skin clinic/spa/health club/salon preferred. - Good communication skills. - Presentable personality. - Good computer knowledge. Additionally, the company is a doctor-driven clinic that provides a good working environment for females. This is a full-time job with a salary range of 22,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month.
