Job Description

As a Derivative Services - Bilateral Collateral professional with 3 to 5 years of experience, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of transactions and tasks within the designated timelines. Your key responsibilities include: - Ensuring timely completion of all assigned transactions and tasks, with the ability to escalate issues when necessary. - Organizing your work effectively and escalating issues to senior team members as required. - Assisting in resolving stock or cash mismatches and escalating unresolved problems based on specific criteria. - Taking full ownership of additional tasks or projects and delivering them within agreed timelines. - Handling client and stakeholder queries professionally, with clear and timely communication. - Adhering to internal procedures diligently and transparently reporting any risks or concerns. - Sharing ideas to drive efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and enhanced service quality. - Collaborating effectively with your team and building strong working relationships with other teams, portfolio managers, dealers, and external partners. In addition to your key responsibilities, you are expected to demonstrate the following skills and behaviors: - Continuous willingness to learn about transaction processes. - Active participation in process improvements for daily tasks. - Effective planning of workload, even in the face of shifting priorities. - Making sound decisions in routine situations and seeking help for complex issues. - Efficient time management and consistent meeting of deadlines. - Acting as a subject matter expert and mentoring junior team members. - Reporting any issues clearly and promptly on the same day of discovery. Your essential knowledge and experience should cover: - Experience using the Aladdin platform. - Strong attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Additional useful experience that would be beneficial includes: - Knowledge of derivatives and collateral management. - Experience in trade operations across various asset classes. - Familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards. - Understanding of corporate actions, including mandatory and voluntary events and income processing. - Awareness of operational risks throughout the transaction and asset lifecycle. Your skills should encompass Asset Servicing, Transaction Management, and Trade Finance Operations.,
