The person will be fully responsible for FSSAI related works and should be well versed in Food analysis including instruments like GCMSMS, LCMSMS, ICPMS, HPLC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, wet lab analysis, nutritional factor analysis etc.
M.Sc. Chemistry / Microbiology / equivalent candidates from Kerala with more than 5 years experience in FSSAI Food analysis in NABL accredited testing labs andqualified in 10th FAEmay apply. If the candidate is an NABL Auditor, it is preferred.
