Deputy Manager - Utilities

Role Overview: Jubilant Life Sciences Limited is seeking a Boiler and CPP Shift In-charge to join their team in Bharuch. As the In-charge, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation and maintenance of utilities including Coal fired process Boiler and BOP, WTP, DM Plant, Air Compressors, and Incinerator. Your primary goal will be to ensure uninterrupted Power and steam generation, optimize costs, and achieve Zero-break down, Zero-defect, Zero-accident, Zero-wastage, and Zero-abnormality. Key Responsibilities: - Efficient and effective operation and maintenance of utilities such as Coal fired process Boiler and BOP, WTP, DM Plant, Air Compressors, and Incinerator while maintaining quality, cost, and delivery norms. - Continuously improve O&M to reduce steam generation costs. - Manage optimal stock levels of coal and other chemicals. - Prepare and submit daily utility reports. - Implement 5S principles in both the plant and office environments. Qualification Required: - Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. - 3 to 5 years of experience in operations and maintenance of Coal Fired Boiler and Utilities.
