Deputy / Manager - Production

You will be responsible for following, respecting, and establishing all EHS guidelines and protocols in the workplace. Your primary tasks will include ensuring production planning according to sales orders/releases and providing requisition of raw materials/chemical/packing materials for timely availability at the site. Additionally, you will be in charge of overseeing the production of Monolithic/PCPF as per production orders. Your duties will also involve reading drawings of shapes, preparing indents for moulds/other inputs, following up for moulds for timely delivery, checking the moulds, and ensuring first piece checking before allowing bulk production. Furthermore, you will be responsible for kiln loading & unloading, firing/drying as per the schedule provided by the QC team. You will need to ensure booking of production in SAP, match book stock & physical stock, and ensure monthly closing on time to capture correct data in terms of cost booking. Another important aspect of your role will be to participate in and encourage the team in KAIZENS (improvement jobs) and participate in all EHS initiatives.,
