Deputy Manager- Intellectual Property Rights

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting IP evaluation of Formulation & Drug-Device combination products, preparing claim charts, structuring FLBs, and supporting litigation. Additionally, you will create IP via Patent filing for our 505(b)2 range of products and provide IP support to the Central Portfolio Team for the USA & International Market. You will also be involved in IP Support & Due diligence related to new business opportunities. It will be your responsibility to track pending patent applications, OB listings, Competitors ANDA & litigation strategy, assessing their impact on our pipeline, and keeping Sr. Management informed.
