Deputy Manager-Analytics (Salesforce Marketing)

As a Database Marketing Specialist at WNS (Holdings) Limited, you will be responsible for executing and delivering database marketing strategies for outbound channels that align with global and regional marketing goals to achieve campaign objectives. Your key duties will include supporting the planning, development, execution, and tracking of outbound marketing initiatives in a timely manner to ensure on-time execution of marketing programs. You will be tasked with monitoring automated triggers and campaigns, addressing defects, and conducting data discovery and other exploration activities to identify flaws and maintain the accuracy of campaigns. It will be your responsibility to ensure that processes are followed consistently throughout the team and that legal and privacy requirements are proactively managed. Additionally, you will contribute to the establishment of standards, best practices, and process documentation, maintaining them in a centralized portal. Your role will involve building campaigns based on client briefs, creating ad-hoc campaigns across various channels such as paid media, email, push notifications, and SMS. Specifically, you will be responsible for developing campaigns for a loyalty program focused on the travel and hospitality industry. To excel in this role, you should have hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automation Studio and Email Studio, as well as proficiency in SQL. While knowledge of Marketing Management is not mandatory, it would be beneficial to have an understanding of marketing principles to effectively contribute to the success of the campaigns.,
