Depot Safety officer Role and Responsibilities

A. Daily activity

1. In shift start ensure entire depot near miss, unsafe condition and unsafe act.

2. Daily asset accident (on road) and depot inside accident each and every incident investigation report making with incident driver or victim, trainer and TI

3. Ensure fire protection equipment with ready condition depot and inside bus.( Fire hydrant, fire extinguisher, Fire bucket, hammer and first aid boxes.

4. Hazardous waste area should be ensured.

5. Daily basis training (tool box task, freshers or refreshers training.

6. Fire hydrant room, crew rest room and MV panel need and clean ensures.

7. Work permit system implementation and maintained daily basis only non-routine activities.

8. Daily EV bus accident details with corrective action and drivers action all fill excel sheet share to us.

9. 100% PPE adherence to all service technician, charging operators, parking drivers and security.

10. Ensure safety signage and housekeeping entire depot.

B. Monthly activity every month before 10th with help of one service technician

1. Fire hydrant (Fire hydrant box, nozzle, hose, valve open and close Grease apply, jockey pump, main pump and diesel pump)

2. Fire extinguisher, automatic modular in charging area.

3. Electrical equipment and rubber mat in charging area.

4. Fire bucket and First aid box.

5. Each bus Inside bus hammer, emergency glass,FDSS, Fire extinguisher, seat belt, CCTV and first aid box.

6. Lux level and dB level in various locations 6 location inside depot.

C. Quarterly once

1. Various mock drill.

2. Fire evacuation mock drill.

3. Safety committee.

4. PPE, pressure vessel and lifting tackles checked.

5. Safety audit with OHM safety manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
