Depository Participant Executive

*Depository Participant DP Executive* with *3+ years* of work experience required in a group of companies having *NBFC & capital market organisation* located at *Nariman Point*, Churchgate/CST

JD:

* *Manage securities pay-in/pay-out, off-market transfers, pledging, and dematerialization/rematerialization processes*

* Ensure *accurate DIS (Delivery Instruction Slips) processing* and compliance with regulatory guidelines

* *Handle CDAS and DP file processing* for seamless transactions

* *Oversee KYC, CKYC, and Re-KYC procedures* in line with SEBI norms

* Ensure *compliance with CDSL/NSDL regulations* and maintain audit-ready records

* Liaise with regulatory bodies for timely compliance and reporting

* *Ensure error-free transactions, resolve discrepancies, and mitigate operational risks*

* Enhance DP system automation and workflow efficiency with IT and operations teams

* Train and guide the DP operations team for seamless execution

*Salary up to Rs 5 lakh per annum* (can be slightly increased depending upon the caliber)
