The Department of Mechanical Engineering at BITS Pilani, K. K. Birla Goa Campus invites applications for a PhD position in the area of Hydrogen Storages. 🧩 Research Focus: The selected candidate will work on both numerical and experimental investigations related to advanced hydrogen storage systems. The project will involve modeling, design, material characterization, and system-level analysis of hydrogen-based energy storage solutions. 💡 Eligibility: Master’s degree (M.E./M.Tech.) in Mechanical, Energy, Chemical, or Materials Engineering (or closely related disciplines). Strong academic background and a keen interest in sustainable energy and hydrogen technologies. Experience in numerical simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL, MATLAB) and/or experimental methods will be an added advantage. 💰 Stipend: ₹37,000 – ₹42,000 per month (as per institute norms). 📍 Location: Department of Mechanical Engineering, BITS Pilani, K. K.
