Dentist – Cold Calling & Consultation Booking

Job Overview

We are hiring a Dentist to join our Kandivali-based back office team as a Cold Calling Executive. In this role, you will engage with prospective patients across Australia through outbound calls, understand their dental concerns, and book them for in-person consultations at our Australian clinics.

This is a non-clinical, communication-focused role ideal for dentists who enjoy patient interaction and want to apply their clinical knowledge in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential patients in Australia from our lead database.
• Identify their oral health concerns and guide them with empathy and professionalism.
• Educate patients on the importance of dental checkups and treatment (without diagnosis).
• Schedule face-to-face appointments at our Liverpool or Blacktown clinics.
• Maintain call logs, patient records, and appointment details in CRM software.
• Handle objections, build rapport, and follow up with undecided patients.
• Coordinate with the on-ground clinic teams to ensure smooth patient visits.
• Consistently meet KPIs related to call volume and consultation bookings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
