Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and academically sound dentist with 3-5 years of clinical experience in reputed large dental clinics, hospitals, or corporate dental chains. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical acumen, excellent patient management skills, and be committed to continuous learning and high standards of dental care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive dental care with a patient-first approach.
• Diagnose, plan, and execute dental treatments efficiently and ethically.
• Maintain clinical records and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Participate actively in academic activities, clinical discussions, and skill enhancement programs at Realtooth.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and contribute to maintaining Realtooth’s quality standards.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for complex cases.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of clinical experience in reputed big dental clinics, hospitals, or corporate dental setups.
• Education: BDS/MDS from a recognized institute.
• Skills: Excellent clinical knowledge, patient communication, and clinical documentation skills.
• Academic Inclination: Actively involved in upgrading knowledge and participating in clinical discussions.
• Relocation: Willing to relocate to Lucknow.
• Commitment: Ready to provide a minimum commitment of 2 years of continuous working tenure.
