We’re looking for a creative 2D Artist to bring our brand to life through engaging, student-friendly, and visually striking Instagram posters. Responsibilities: Design Instagram-ready promotional posters, reels graphics, and story visuals that align with the brand’s voice and aesthetics. Create student-relatable, fun, and trendy designs (meme-inspired, Zomato-style humor, or brand-inspired campaigns like Netflix, Spotify, etc.). Collaborate with the marketing/content team to turn concepts and taglines into eye-catching visuals. Ensure all designs are optimized for social media formats (posts, reels, stories). Requirements: Proven experience as a 2D Artist / Graphic Designer. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Adobe After effects, Adobe Premiere pro or similar tools. Strong understanding of social media trends, memes, and student-centric design styles. Ability to translate abstract concepts or scripts into clear, engaging posters. Lead Conversion & Sales Closure: Effectively follow up with leads and convert them into sales by using persuasive communication, understanding customer pain points, and presenting the product or service as a solution. Close deals by negotiating pricing, terms, and ensuring all paperwork and sign-ups are completed accurately. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, ensuring a consistent flow of closed sales each month. Take ownership of the sales process from initial contact to closure, with a strong focus on achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. CRM Management & Data Entry: Accurately maintain and update the CRM system with lead information, call logs, customer interactions, and sales progress.
