Work Hours: US Time Zone ( 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST) Job Summary: Experience : 6 - 12 years in healthcare/dental operations or US RCM About the Role : Lead multi-site dental operations and revenue cycle teams in India supporting a US dental group. Own KPIs across patient scheduling, case acceptance, and RCM (eligibility, coding, claims, AR, denials). Responsibilities • Run day-to-day ops across regions; manage managers and 50150 FTEs. • Improve KPIs: First-pass acceptance, AR days, denial rate, utilization, NPS. • Standardize SOPs; drive QA and coaching; capacity/rostering for US time zones. • Partner with US clinical, finance, and IT; publish weekly/monthly dashboards. • Ensure HIPAA-aware processes, access controls, and audit trails. • Tools: Open Dental/Dentrix/Eaglesoft, Excel/Sheets, BI, dialer/IVR/ticketing. Requirements • 6 - 12+ yrs in healthcare/dental operations or US RCM; 35+ yrs leading managers. • Demonstrated impact on AR/denials/FPAR across multi-region teams. • Strong data & process mindset (Lean/Six Sigma a plus). • Excellent written/spoken English; US time-zone coverage. Important Requirements: * Availability: Must be able to work during significant overlap with US business hours Specific working hours will be discussed during the interview process. Location: This is a fully onsite role in Chennai, India. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Chennai.
