We are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a warm, professional environment and are seeking a motivated Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities Clinical Duties (Dental Assistant): Assist dentists during procedures, including passing instruments, suctioning, and preparing materials. Sterilise instruments and maintain infection control protocols. Prepare patients for treatments and provide chair-side support. Assist with dental X-rays (if certified) and maintain patient records. Ensure a clean and organised clinical workspace. Administrative Duties (Receptionist): Greet patients and manage front-desk operations with a friendly demeanour. Schedule appointments, handle cancellations, and manage patient inquiries via phone or email. Process billing, insurance claims (if applicable), and maintain accurate patient records. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. Requirements Minimum 12th pass; certificate or diploma in dental assisting or office administration preferred. 0–2 years of experience in dental assisting or customer service (healthcare experience a plus). Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn dental software (e.g., appointment scheduling tools). Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilisation techniques, and basic clinical procedures (preferred). Excellent organisational skills, teamwork, and a patient-centric attitude.
