Dental Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for providing crucial support to the dentist, ensuring exceptional patient care, and maintaining the smooth operation of the clinical area.

Key Responsibilities

• Chairside Assistance: Prepare patients, sterilize instruments, and efficiently hand instruments/materials to the dentist during procedures (e.g., fillings, extractions, crowns).
• Patient Care: Greet and seat patients, take and develop X-rays (if certified), provide post-operative instructions, and ensure patient comfort.
• Administrative Support: Manage patient records, schedule appointments, and coordinate supply inventory as needed.
• Infection Control: Maintain strict adherence to sterilization and disinfection protocols for instruments and equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• [State/Local Requirement, e.g., X-Ray Certification] is required.
• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
