Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Dental Doctor who is committed to delivering the highest standards of patient care. By educating and empowering patients to make informed decisions, you’ll help foster lasting relationships and support the clinic’s vibrant reputation and community impact.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive dental exams, accurate diagnoses, and provide effective treatments
• Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and their treatment options in a clear, empathetic manner
• Build strong patient relationships based on trust, transparency, and respect
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure smooth, efficient care and patient satisfaction
• Ensure all practices align with the highest ethical, regulatory, and safety standards
• Maintain meticulous patient records and ongoing care plans
• Support the clinic’s positive reputation and growth by encouraging patient loyalty and treatment acceptance

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Current, valid dental license in [Your State/Country]
• Dedication to ethical practice and patient-centered care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for patient education and well-being
• Any required certifications (CPR, anesthesia, etc.)
