Denial coder

As a skilled Denial Coder with at least 1 year of experience in Denials and Radiology coding, your main responsibility will be to analyze denied claims, pinpoint root causes, and implement corrective actions to ensure accurate claim processing and reimbursement. You will review and analyze denied radiology claims, identifying denial reasons and applying correct CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes. Collaboration with billing teams to resolve coding discrepancies will be essential, along with the submission of corrected claims and the appeal of denials when necessary. To qualify for this role, you must hold a certification as a medical coder (CPC, COC, CCS, or equivalent) and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in denial management and radiology coding. Proficiency with medical billing software and EHR systems is also required.
