Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager at DemoTact’s North Barrackpore location. The Social Media Manager will oversee the execution of social media strategies, manage social channels, and create engaging content to build and maintain an active online presence. The role also involves drafting content and effectively communicating the organization's vision through online platforms. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Atleast 2 years of Experience in the political or governance sector is an added advantage Well Versed in Bengali/Bangla Language Strong Communication and Writing skills Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies Familiarity with analytics tools to assess social media performance and engagement Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to craft compelling content
