Handle outdoor tasks such as bank work, post office, courier, bill payments, etc. Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution. Keep office premises, workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas neat and clean. Assist with stock management of pantry items, stationery, and office supplies. Support staff in minor administrative tasks as assigned. Ensure that visitors and guests are attended to in a professional manner. Coordinate with vendors or housekeeping staff for office maintenance when required. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support smooth operations.
