Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Scaffolder. The Scaffolder will be responsible for erecting, maintaining, and dismantling scaffolding structures to ensure safety and stability during construction and maintenance activities. The role will involve interpreting blueprints and building plans, measuring and cutting materials, and assembling scaffold structures. The Scaffolder will work closely with other construction professionals to ensure that all safety standards and regulations are met. This position is located in Una. Qualifications Experience in erecting, maintaining, and dismantling scaffold structures Ability to interpret blueprints and building plans Proficiency in measuring and cutting materials Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations Physical stamina and strength to handle construction materials and tools Excellent teamwork and communication skills Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus Certifications or training in scaffolding and safety practices are beneficial
