You will manage the complete HRMS implementation cycle — from gathering client requirements and configuring modules to conducting training and providing post-go-live support — all from home. Key Responsibilities: Lead remote HRMS/ERP implementation projects for multiple clients. Configure modules: Employee Data, Leave & Attendance, Payroll, Performance. You’ll own features end-to-end—from database design and APIs to responsive UI and production deployment. What you’ll do Develop, enhance, and maintain ASP.NET MVC applications (controllers, views, models, filters, areas). Build responsive UIs with Bootstrap, jQuery, and clean, reusable CSS. Design efficient database schemas; write performant T-SQL (views, stored procedures, functions, indexes). Create and consume RESTful APIs; handle JSON/AJAX front-end integrations. Optimize app and query performance; troubleshoot production issues (profiling, logging). Implement authentication/authorization (ASP.NET Identity/OWIN or similar). Write unit/integration tests and participate in code reviews. Package and deploy to IIS/Azure; manage config transforms and environment variables. Collaborate with Product/QA/Design; break down requirements into technical tasks and estimates. Follow Git workflows and basic CI/CD practices. Solid MS SQL Server experience: T-SQL, query tuning, indexing, execution plans. Experience with Entity Framework (Code First/Database First) or Dapper.
