Role & responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Sales Drive sales of Li-ion battery packs for 3W e-Rickshaw and 2W e-Scooter OEMs and retrofitters. Develop new business opportunities in Inverter Battery segment via OEM tie-ups & distributor/channel network. Identify key accounts, conduct product demos, negotiate pricing & close deals. 2. Channel / Dealer Network Management Appoint & manage channel partners, distributors, for inverter battery range. Enable regional sales growth via secondary sales tracking, schemes & promotional campaigns. 3. Key Account Management (OEM / B2B) Handle OEM procurement teams, technical teams & purchase heads. Prepare Techno-commercial proposals, RFQ responses & annual rate contracts. 4. Market Intelligence & Strategy Track competitor offerings, pricing & policies. Propose product positioning, bundled service offerings, and sales strategies based on market demand. 5. Sales Forecasting & Reporting Prepare monthly/quarterly sales plans and meet revenue & profitability targets. Maintain CRM data, visit reports, order pipelines & customer feedback records. Preferred candidate profile Strong B2B & OEM Sales Experience (preferably in Batteries / EV & EV Components Strong negotiation, presentation & relationship-building skills. With Good communication skill and Graduation degree.
