Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Itanagar for a Back-End Developer or Digital Marketer. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining back-end logic, server-side components, and databases. Additionally, responsibilities include creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, content marketing strategies, and SEO initiatives. Collaboration with front-end developers and other team members will be essential to ensure efficient and cohesive project outcomes. Qualifications Back-End Development skills: Knowledge of server-side programming languages, database management, and API development Digital Marketing skills: Experience in SEO optimization, digital marketing campaigns, and content marketing strategies UI/UX Design, Web Development, and Content Creation skills Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field preferred Experience in the tech or start-up industry is a plus
