DELMIA Apriso User Request Engineer

We are looking for a User Request Engineer specializing in DELMIA Apriso to join our Technical Support team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers/partners in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the DELMIA Apriso product. You will collaborate closely with our R&D Ops team to ensure smooth deployment and production run. Your key duties and responsibilities will include diagnosing customer-reported problems, providing solutions or workarounds, responding promptly to customer crisis situations, and participating in customer calls to showcase your technical expertise. Additionally, you will be expected to create knowledge capitalization content on technical topics, troubleshoot and debug issues using relevant tools, and contribute to spreading awareness about knowledge resources. The ideal candidate should hold a B.E. or B.Tech degree from reputable institutions with consistent academic achievements. You should have exposure to DELMIA Apriso products and ideally possess 1-2 years of hands-on experience with various modules such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse. Proficiency in administering MS Windows Server environments, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is desired, along with excellent English communication skills.
