To supervise and manage the end-to-end production of bespoke luxury furniture and high-end interior components . The role involves overseeing factory operations, ensuring quality control, managing skilled carpentry teams, and meeting production deadlines in line with Dellas standards of innovation, luxury, and design precision . Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Planning & Execution Supervise daily operations in the furniture manufacturing unit, ensuring all activities follow the approved production schedule . Allocate tasks to carpenters, polishers, machinists, and helpers based on skill sets and project priorities. Coordinate raw material availability, machine readiness, and manpower for uninterrupted workflow . 2. Technical Supervision Interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and 3D renderings provided by the design team. Guide workers on construction techniques, joinery, detailing, and finish requirements . Ensure proper execution of veneering, PU coating, edge banding, CNC machining , and other processes. 3. Quality Control Inspect work at every stagecutting, assembly, sanding, finishing—for accuracy, measurements, and luxury-grade finishing . Conduct final quality checks before dispatch or installation. Implement corrective actions for any rework or client concerns. 4. Team & Workflow Management Supervise a team of 10–30 workers including carpenters, polishers, machine operators, and assistants. Provide technical training and mentoring to improve team efficiency and craftsmanship. Maintain discipline, safety, and productivity on the factory floor. 5. Coordination & Reporting Collaborate with the design, procurement, and project site teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery. Track production targets, timelines, and material usage. Submit daily/weekly reports on production progress, delays, issues, and output. Key Requirements: 5–10 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, materials (hardwood, veneer, laminate), luxury finishes, and joinery systems . Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, cutting lists, and assembly blueprints . Experience in handling custom luxury furniture production preferred. Familiar with factory safety standards , material handling, and quality protocols. Preferred Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Familiarity with ERP or production tracking systems is a plus. Time management and the ability to handle multiple parallel projects . Knowledge of installation processes at project sites is a bonus.
