Sr. Videographer
To conceptualize, shoot, and produce high-quality video content that aligns with Della Luxury Products brand identity, enhancing storytelling, product appeal, and customer engagement across digital and offline platforms. Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Video Production & Execution Plan, direct, shoot, and edit videos for various platforms: website, social media, commercials, product launches, and in-store displays. Manage the full video production process — pre-production, shooting, post-production. Execute cinematic product shoots that highlight luxury, craftsmanship, and brand ethos. Create compelling lifestyle and brand films to showcase Della’s values, artisanship, and customer experiences. 2. Creative Development Collaborate with the creative, design, and marketing teams to develop video concepts and scripts. Contribute to storyboarding, shot planning, and creative direction for all video projects. Bring innovative visual storytelling techniques and trends suitable for a luxury audience. 3. Technical Expertise Operate professional video and audio equipment, lighting, gimbals, drones, and other production gear. Ensure high-quality footage with proper color grading, audio syncing, transitions, and pacing. Maintain and organize video equipment; oversee technical requirements for shoots. 4. Brand Consistency Maintain Della’s visual identity across all video content. Ensure a consistent luxury tone, color palette, and storytelling approach that reflects the brand’s premium image. Uphold brand guidelines in all video content for both internal and external use. 5. Team & Project Management Lead a small team of videographers, editors, or assistants if required. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Liaise with external vendors or freelancers for specialized shoots when needed. 6. Content Optimization Adapt content for multiple formats – vertical, horizontal, square – optimized for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and DTC platforms. Collaborate with digital marketers to ensure videos align with campaign KPIs and user engagement strategies. 7. Archiving and Asset Management Organize and maintain a structured video library and archive of all raw footage and final edits. Ensure backups and easy retrieval for future content reuse. Key Skills & Requirements: 5+ years of experience in luxury, fashion, interior, or lifestyle video production. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end visual storytelling and product videography. Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve. Solid grasp of lighting techniques, composition, and camera movement. Ability to work in fast-paced environments with attention to detail and creativity. Knowledge of the luxury market and audience expectations is a major plus.
