Job Description

Job Title: Delivery Partner – Lilo

Work Timing:

Morning: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Evening: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Weekly: 5 days working

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Pay: ₹700 per day

Performance Incentives:

Monthly Bonus: ₹1,000 for maintaining less than 10% delivery delays
Surge charge ₹100 (will be calculated as per the delivery slots)
Petrol Allowance: ₹3 per km for 30 km and above
₹100 extra for completing 15+ orders per day
₹150 extra for Completing 20+orders per day
₹200 extra for Completing 30+orders per day
₹250 extra for Completing 35+orders per day

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver fresh, cleaned, and packed fish orders to customers on time.
Ensure orders are handled safely and delivered in good condition.
Maintain communication with the dispatch team for order updates.
Provide good customer service and uphold company standards.
Track delivery km accurately for petrol allowance claims.

Requirements:

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Good knowledge of local routes.
Basic smartphone knowledge to handle the delivery app.
Punctual, responsible, and customer-friendly.
