Delivery Operations Senior Analyst - Voice

As a Delivery Operations Senior Analyst - Voice at Accenture, your role will be aligned with the Customer Support vertical. Your main responsibilities will include managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers, and providing the best resolutions. You will also be accountable for closing faults and complaints within SLAs. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent call handling abilities, are essential for this role.
