As a Technical Delivery Manager at Orion Innovation, you will play a crucial role in leading projects focused on .NET development, Angular front-ends, and Microsoft Azure platforms. Your responsibilities will include contributing to solution design, providing technical guidance to developers, leading Agile projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your expertise in full-stack Microsoft technologies and experience in project management will be essential in ensuring successful project delivery. Additionally, your role will involve integrating AI-driven features into enterprise applications and working closely with clients to align outcomes with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute directly to solution design and implementation using .NET / .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, and related technologies. - Provide technical guidance to developers and conduct code reviews. - Lead and deliver projects involving Angular front-ends and Azure-based backends (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, etc.). - Ensure successful execution of projects using Agile methodologies. - Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams across .NET, Angular, QA, and DevOps. - Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, report progress, and align outcomes to business goals. - Oversee deployment pipelines, DevOps practices, and usage of Azure services including Azure DevOps, CI/CD, App Services, and resource management. - Collaborate with data/AI teams to integrate AI-driven features using services such as Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, or ChatGPT. Required Skills & Experience: - Strong hands-on experience in .NET / .NET Core, C#, REST APIs, Entity Frameworks, and SQL Server. - Project management and leadership experience, particularly in leading delivery of Angular front-end projects and managing Azure-based cloud solutions. - Experience in delivering software using Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with Azure CI/CD, ARM/Bicep templates, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with technical teams and business stakeholders. - Strong documentation and presentation abilities. Desirable / Nice to Have: - Exposure to AI/ML projects, especially using Azure OpenAI (ChatGPT), Azure Cognitive Services, or ML.NET. - Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Azure Developer, Azure Solutions Architect).
