Recruitment Manager Job Description

1. End-to-End Recruitment Management: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire (C2H) positions across various IT technologies.

2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the Talent Acquisition team, including Team Leaders, Senior Recruiters, and Junior Recruiters, to achieve recruitment targets.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver recruitment solutions.

4. Business Development Support: Support business development activities, participate in client meetings, identify new hiring opportunities, and assist in acquiring new client accounts.

5. Recruitment Strategy: Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, vendor networks, and other recruitment channels.

6. Performance & KPI Management: Monitor recruiter performance through daily, weekly, and monthly trackers, focusing on submissions, interviews, selections, offers, and onboardings.

7. Vendor Management: Manage recruitment vendors, negotiate commercial terms, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure timely profile submissions against client requirements.

8. Target & Delivery Management: Drive monthly and quarterly hiring targets, ensure timely closures, maintain pipeline quality, and meet client-specific SLAs.

9. Escalation & Issue Management: Handle client escalations, candidate dropouts, offer declines, interview delays, and other recruitment-related challenges while ensuring smooth delivery.

10. Reporting & Process Improvement: Prepare MIS reports, recruitment dashboards, productivity reports, and margin analysis. Implement process improvements and leverage AI recruitment tools to improve hiring efficiency.
