Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Staffing Delivery Manager to lead recruitment teams, manage end-to-end staffing delivery, and ensure the achievement of hiring targets across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in team management, recruitment operations, client coordination, delivery planning, and performance monitoring.

The candidate will be responsible for driving team productivity, improving recruitment turnaround time, managing escalations, and ensuring consistent delivery of quality profiles and successful closures within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, team leads, and delivery professionals.
• Allocate recruitment requirements based on team capacity, recruiter expertise, and client priorities.
• Monitor daily productivity, individual performance, and overall team delivery.
• Conduct regular team reviews, provide feedback, and drive continuous performance improvement.
• Build a collaborative, target-oriented, and quality-focused recruitment team.

Recruitment Delivery & Operations

• Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple client accounts and hiring requirements.
• Drive sourcing, screening, submissions, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate closures.
• Ensure hiring targets, delivery commitments, and client SLAs are achieved.
• Track recruitment pipelines, aging requirements, interview conversions, offers, and joining ratios.
• Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement effective action plans to improve closures.
• Ensure recruiters maintain accurate recruitment trackers and ATS updates.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, priorities, and delivery expectations.
• Review open requirements, hiring progress, feedback, and critical positions.
• Manage delivery escalations and ensure timely resolution of recruitment challenges.
• Maintain effective communication with account managers, client stakeholders, and internal leadership.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment delivery reports.
• Monitor key metrics such as submissions, interviews, selections, offers, and joinings.
• Analyze team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and conversion ratios.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on delivery status, risks, and hiring progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1015+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in recruitment team management and delivery leadership.
• Proven experience managing recruitment teams and achieving hiring targets.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end IT recruitment and staffing processes.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts and high-volume or niche hiring requirements.
• Excellent team leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics, ATS tools, sourcing strategies, and reporting.
• Ability to manage escalations, prioritize critical requirements, and deliver under pressure.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing multiple recruitment teams or team leads.
• Exposure to permanent, contract, and bulk hiring.
• Experience in a staffing company or recruitment services organization.
• Demonstrated success in improving team productivity, recruitment conversions, and closure rates.
