What would you doYou will be aligned vertically with our Finance Operations and will be helping us in designing and implementing global process standards and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance globally.Partner with IT and Finance stakeholders to support automation, system integration and dashboard/reporting toolsSupport FP&A transformation initiatives, identify process gaps and implement best practices across geographies/business orgsDrive change management and process adoption across FP&A teams globally

What are we looking forWe are looking for individuals who have the following skillset:Strong experience in Financial Planning and Analysis domainDeep understanding of financial planning cycles, forecasting methodologies and management reporting Prio experience in transformation and continuous improvement projects in FP&A areaAbility to manage multiple stakeholdersAbility to drive change management Ability to work well in a teamAdaptable and flexible as role may require you to work in rotational shifts Good Written and verbal communicationStrong stakeholder management skillsPrior experience of working in shared service environment

Bachelors degree in finance & accounting/Master of Business Administration (Finance)/Cost & Works Accountant/Chartered Accountant
Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility The individual should create solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters Should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments Their decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility Individual manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
